Jenni Kait Nelson is the 18-year-old daughter of Justin and Tammy Nelson of Hyde Park Utah and Jason and Patti Farr of Arimo Idaho. She is a recent graduate of Cache High School where she finished her senior year with a 3.46 GPA. She was a member of the Mountain Crest High School FFA and participated in the horse judging team. She just finished her last year of high school rodeo where she was a member of the Great Basin District 8, Idaho High School Rodeo Team. In high school rodeo, she competed in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying and the queen contest. While competing with the high school team she qualified last year to go to the Idaho State High School Finals where she finished 1st runner-up to the state queen and missed going to state by just a few points.
Jenni Kait is active in training barrel racing and reining horses. She enjoys fishing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding.
She plans to attend school in the near future to become an esthetician and work doing eyelashes and microblading eyebrows.
She would like to thank everyone who has pushed her to be the best that she can be. To those who believed in her and wanted her to succeed, her mom and dad, her aunt Melanie and coach Mandy, without her village she wouldn’t be where she is today, promoting the greatest sport on dirt.
